You will find a very tastefully and lovingly furnished 4-star non-smoking holiday flats with WLAN, wood-burning stove and barbecue. We attach great importance to cleanliness and offer you an all-round carefree package for a relaxing holiday. We want you to you feel at home like us! Just as we like to live here ourselves we also want to welcome our guests!
Our modern "Villa Lauriana" in Liganj is built in a typical local style
is located 300 metres above the sea directly by the Ucka Nature Park and approx. 1 km from the beach. The equipment of the holiday flat is very high quality, with pool and jacuzzi, with four terraces in all directions, fireplace, modern fitted kitchen with kitchen block, bathroom with rain shower as well as an open architecture of the kitchen, dining and living area with a total of approx. 100 square metres.

Das einzige der whirlpool war nicht benutzbar. Sonst sehr zu empfehlen!!

Die Auffahrt ist allerdings sehr kriminell. Für ungeübte Autofahrer eher ungeeignet und schwer zu managen.
Teilweise wurde gebastelt und einiges ist noch verbesserungsbedürftig. Im großen und ganzen geht es ja ums Wohlfühlen und die Aussicht und das war toll.

Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub benötigen könnte und die drei Balkone ermöglichen fast ganztägig, Sonnenschein zu finden (oder vor ihm zu flüchten).
Der Standort ist gut gelegen, um mit kurzer Fahrzeit schnell einmal zum Strand oder nahegelegenen Restaurants zu gelangen.
Liganj ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Ausflüge in Istrien zu starten oder auch einmal etwas weiter zu fahren (z.B. nach Triest).
Und wenn dann auch noch das Wetter mitspielt, wie bei unserem Aufenthalt im September (was nicht ungewöhnlich ist), dann bleibt nichts zu wünschen übrig.

Genug Platz für alle, 4 Balkone rund herum zur Auswahl für Früh/Mittag/Abend inkl. tollem Blick über Küste, Meer und Inseln.
Gute Lage für Abwechslung zwischen Strand, durch Dörfer oder Städte bummeln oder direkt vom Haus eine Wanderung in den Ucka-Nationalpark starten.
Die top ausgestattete Küche hat auch im Urlaub zum Kochen eingeladen. Leckere Restaurants sind aber natürlich auch nicht weit ;)
Hat also an nichts gefehlt, gerne wieder! :)
Von der Lage her liegt die Wohnung gut erreichbar, um an diverse Strände zu fahren, nach Rijeka oder Opatija in die Stadt zu kommen oder für sportliche Ausflüge ins Ucka Gebirge. Es fährt auch ein Bus, der nur ca 3 min entfernt von der Wohnung hält.
Auf jeden Fall können wir die Wohnung empfehlen, da wir eine tolle Zeit hier verbringen durften ?
