Welcome. Our Vacation Home is situated on the road to Egmond aan Zee. The ultimate place for a wonderful holiday! The apartment is modern and renovated. With views to the forest and the beach of Egmond aan Zee only 5 minutes away. To reach the village of Egmond, with his great modern shops and restaurants, it's only about 1 kilometer. This apartment is located on the third floor of this magnificent detached villa of the owner. You can reach the apartment across the great Hall and you will have a very private accommodation on the third floor. The apartment is characterized by a modern and fresh decoration. Guests can enjoy the Sun on a beautiful sunny terrace (100 m²).

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Unterkunft war sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die schöne Umgebung, die zum Entspannen einlädt.

Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert. Auf Fragen wurde schnell reagiert, und wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt.

Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir wurden herzlich von Fleur und ihrem Mann begrüßt. Die FeWo ist in der 2 Etage. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr schönes großes Bad.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine und Kapselmaschine, Kühlschrank und 4 Kochplatten.
Man hatte draußen Sitzmöglichkeiten die genutzt werden konnten. Das Auto konnte auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden und auch die Fahrräder haben eine Abstellmöglichkeit.
Die Wohnung liegt kurz vor Egmond, zu Fuß und/oder mit dem Rad alles gut erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur wenige 100m entfernt.
Die Straße ist schon recht befahren, bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es ruhig. Ansonsten hört man den Verkehr.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.
Es ist alles da, was man braucht.
Der Strand ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenso.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich , hält sich zurück, ist aber jederzeit erreichbar.
Der Parkplatz direkt am Haus war uns sehr wichtig.
Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühl.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ansprechend gestaltet, es gibt einen Stellplatz für das Auto und die Fahrräder auf dem Grundstück, die Vermieter sind freundlich, und die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war zügig und zuverlässig. Leider ist die Straße, an der das Haus liegt, Tag und Nacht sehr stark befahren, so dass wir die Fenster stets geschlossen halten mussten, um Ruhe zu finden. Die beiden Terassen haben wir kein einziges Mal genutzt, da sie auch zur Straße hin liegen. In der ersten Woche hatten wir sonniges, sehr warmes Wetter und in der DG-Wohnung hat sich die Hitze nahezu unerträglich gestaut. Die schmale, steile Treppe ins DG sollte in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden, da sie für ältere Personen ein Problem darstellen könnte. Das Wäschepaket war knapp bemessen.
