The non-smoking holiday apartment is located in the attic on the southwest side of a 4-party house. The 74 m² living space is spread over two floors, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, the living room with seating area and sofa bed, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
In the children's room there are 2 single beds and a wardrobe.
Our bathroom with daylight has a bathtub/shower, toilet and a sink. There is also a hairdryer available for guests.
A spiral staircase takes you to the loft of the condominium. In this you will find a bedroom with a double bed, TV and an open dressing area.
On the small, quiet balcony, facing southwest, you can relax and enjoy your vacation. The holiday apartment includes a communal garden and a garden shed where you can store your bicycles. A kettle grill is available for your barbecue evenings in the garden shed.
