Cancellation:
1) due to force majeure:
If there are "unavoidable extraordinary circumstances" or "force majeure" on the day of travel, such as the Corona pandemic, I will refund your deposit.
2) for personal reasons:
a) If it is possible to re-let the flat, the entire deposit will be postponed to a stay in the following year, or part of it if I have to re-let the flat at a more favourable price.
b) If it is no longer possible to sublet the flat, the cancellation fee is equal to the deposit up to 90 days before arrival, and thereafter the cancellation fee is 90% of the total amount up to the day of arrival.
c) In the event of late arrival and early departure, 100 % of the flat price will be charged.
3) I recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

wir bedanken uns von ganzem Herzen für eine Wohlfühlwoche in Ihren liebevoll eingerichteten Chalet. Sie sind eine ganz liebe Gastgeberin, die uns immer mit Rat und Tat hilfreiche Tipps gab und immer für uns da war. Ihr Frühstück gab uns jeden Tag bei Kaminfeuer die nötige Power für einen schönen Skitag auf der Piste. Raus aus dem Chalet, Ski an und über die Saslong B direkt in den Skizirkus Sellaronda. Perfekt!!! Daaaannnnnkkkkkeeee!

Eine Woche kann hier ziemlich kurz sein. Das Chalet ist ein wirkliches Kleinod.
Lage:
Das Chalet liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes und hat den ganzen Tag Sonne (wenn sie scheint). Man kommt in wenigen Minuten an eine Bushaltestelle, so dass man auch ohne Auto schnell an die gewünschten Ziele gelangt. Die Nutzung der Busse ist für Gäste des Chalets kostenlos.
Ausstattung:
Eigener Parkplatz, Abstellraum für Skier und beheizter Schuhständer. Ausreichend Schrankraum in den Zimmern. Sehr gute Betten, Kopfkissen und Bettdecken. Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffeepulver auf dem Zimmer. Für Zusatzwünsche (Messer, Schneidebretter, Gläser etc.) ist Frau Rabanser immer offen und erfüllt in ihrer herzlichen und charmanten Art, was sie erfüllen kann.
Frühstück:
Sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Verschiedene Semmeln, Frühstückseier, diverse Müsli-Sorten, getrocknete Früchte, Wurst, Käse, Honig vom Imker nebenan, selbstgemachte Marmelade, wundervolle süße Teilchen und selbstgemachter Kuchen. Auch der Kaffee ist wunderbar. Hungrig geht hier niemand aus dem Haus.
Ambiente:
Es gibt nichts, was in diesem Haus nicht mit Liebe und Gespür für das Schöne hergerichtet ist. Angefangen vom kurz geschnittenen, englischen Rasen, über die noch vom Großvater stammenden Holzschnitzereien, bis hin zu kleinen Deko-Elementen, wo auch immer man sich als Gast niederlassen könnte oder seine Augen hin wendet. Und das alles ist nicht aufgesetzt, sondern entspricht der feinen, charmanten Art und der Stilsicherheit von Frau Rabanser. Herr Rabanser ist Bergführer und für Tipps immer zu haben und natürlich auch zu buchen.
Ergänzend:
Aufenthalt Ende August. 1 Woche. 2 Erwachsene.
Klare Empfehlung. Alles richtig gemacht.
Bergführer im Haus. Die Eigentümer sind sehr familiär und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich richtig wohl und zu Hause.
