Our cosy apartment under the roof with nature wood furniture has got space for 4-5 persons.

In the sleeping room you will find a double bed, a walk-in closet and an extra entrance into the bathroom.

The living-room has got an l-shaped sofa with sleeping facilities for 2 people and 1 lounger. A rustic dining area with space for 5 people that is connected with the fully equipped kitchen that has got an oven, micro wave, kettle, coffee machine and a fridge.

SAT-TV, radio and WIFI is provided.

Nice south side balcony with 180° view to the mountains, cycling paths along the Iller - only 5 minutes away.

The apartment is situated centrally but really quiet in a blind alley. The pedestrian zone, bus stops and train stations are near by.

Arrival via motorway A 7 (Ulm-Kempten) or A 96 (Munich-Kempten). In Waltenhofen you drive on the B 19 in direction to Oberstdorf, after 15 minutes you will see the exit "Sonthofen Süd".

From there you drive in direction to the centre "Stadtmitte" passing "Aldi" (grocery store). Take the third exit on the traffic light at the outlet store.

After ca. 80m you turn right after a huge tree into the blind alley.

The first house on the left with a double garage is your "new home".

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Viel besser und moderner als auf den Fotos. Perfekt ausgestattet! Nur zu empfehlen. Ganz netter Kontakt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit! Von der Wohnung aus war alles gut zu erreichen, kaum Anfahrtswege. Wir empfehlen es sehr gern weiter!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit allem was man benötigt. Vom Balkon oder vom Frühstückstisch hatte man einen wundervollen Blick auf die Berge. Die Wohnung war so gut gelegen, dass man alles fußläufig erreichen konnte. Die Vermieter waren super nett mit ganz vielen Tipps für die Umgebung. Unser Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein dickes Lob an Familie Soyer . Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und im Verlauf der Woche immer wieder mit guten Tipps für Unternehmungen versorgt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet , gemütlich und sehr gepflegt. Der Blick vom Balkon einfach nur toll. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral, so das wir fast alles zu Fuß oder mit Bus und Zug erreichen konnten.Für uns war es eine perfekte Woche und kommen gerne wieder !!!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Alle Geschäfte sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und geben hilfreiche Tipps zur Urlaubsgestaltung.

Wir haben 1 Woche Urlaub in Sonthofen mit unserem 1 jährigen Kind verbracht, die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet mit allem was nötig ist ( WLAN, SAT TV, Microwelle, Kinderbett, Hochstuhl etc...).
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wohnen im Erdgeschoss und für Tipps sehr zu empfehlen.
Zu Fuss ist man gleich in der Stadt, alle Geschäfte, Restaurants, Schwimmbad in Fussnähe.
Es ist auch ein Sandkasten im Garten und zum Spielen genügeend Platz.
Eine schöne Aussicht auf die Berge vom Balkon inklusive...insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen und günstig obendrein!
