Vermieter und Wohnung sind ein absoluter Tipp!!!
Ein toller Empfang, die Vermieter wohnen in der Nachbarwohnung und kümmern sich liebevoll um die Ferienwohnung. So ist sie auch eingerichtet, es fehlt nichts und alles ist in Ordnung und sauber. Die Wohnung hat eine herrliche Terrasse mit einem tollen Blick auf Strand, Hafen und Meer. Markise, Sonnensegel und Sonnenschirm sorgen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse. Einzig die angrenzende Hauptstraße stört in der Nacht ein wenig. In allen Räumen ist eine leistungsfähige Klimaanlage vorhanden. Die 5. Etage läßt sich bequem mit dem Aufzug erreichen. Empfehlungen und Tipps erhält man gerne vom Vermieter. Bis zum lebendigen Hafen mit Bars und Restaurants sind es nur wenige Meter. Auch die "Innenstadt" ist fußläufig erreichbar. Vermieter und Wohnung sind ein absoluter Tipp!!!

Perfekter Urlaub in wunderschöner Wohnung
Die FW war sehr sauber u. gut eingerichtet. Das Highlight ist die Terrasse mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer, den Hafen bis nach P. Maurizio u. die Altstadt. Täglich haben wir die T. für unsere Mahlzeiten u. zur Entspannung genutzt.
Die Besitzer wohnen direkt nebenan. Wir bekamen immer gute Tipps. Die Kommunikation erfolgte per WhatsApp. Bei An/Abreise wurden wir mit dem Auto abgeholt/gebracht. Als jemand von uns erkrankte, schickten sie sogar ihren Hausarzt in die Wohnung.
Ein Auto braucht man nicht, alle Orte sind mit Bus/Bahn zu erreichen. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bus sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt einen 24/7 Supermarkt in 15 Min., einen Alimentari in 3 Min. und der Bhf. ist in 30 Min. erreichbar.
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Euch. Herzlichen Dank an Mauro u. Maurizia.

Amazing sea view apartment
The apartment is brand new and has been decorated to the highest possible standard. The apartment has two very well proportioned bedrooms and two lovely bathrooms. My favorite place was the incredible ocean view terrace where you can see the sunrise, sunset and a panoramic view of all Imperia.
The hosts are very friendly, helpful, kind, and always available for your any need.
The location is the best in Imperia, you have the beach right in front and endless dining options at your door step in the lovely port of Oneglia.
I highly recommend staying in this beautiful place, and I will definitely stay here again when I am back in Imperia.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Dachterrasse und perfekten Ausblicken auf Meer und Hafen
Wir haben 10 Tage in dieser schönen neu renovierten Ferienwohnung verbracht. Mauro und seine Familie haben uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt und waren auch sonst jederzeit für uns ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Betten sehr bequem und alles ist blitzsauber.
Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum, hier kann man gemütlich den Tag ausklingen lassen, mit tollen Ausblicken auf Porto Maurizio, Porto Oneglia und natürlich dem Meer.
Der kleine. frei zugängliche Kieselstrand war zu Fuß in einer Minute erreichbar, ebenso die schönen Arkaden im kleinen Hafen mit einer großen Anzahl an Restaurants und Bars.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
