Opis
The fully fenced outdoor area offers guests a swimming pool, sun loungers for sunbathing, a fire pit, two covered terraces, seating areas and several parking spaces. From the pool area there is direct access through two large glass walls to the tavern/summer kitchen. In the tavern there is a kitchen, dining table, fireplace and separate toilet. The tavern area forms an open unit with the pool area when the glass walls are fully opened. In colder weather the walls can be closed and the tavern becomes an enclosed space.
Casa Balussi consists of two separate residential units and is rented exclusively as a whole. Each unit has a separate entrance. The first unit consists of a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. The second unit consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen and toilet on the first floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor.
Groups of young people under 26 years of age are expressly prohibited!
The swimming pool can be used from 1 May to 15 October.

Die Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Mehrere Highlights haben uns unseren Aufenthalt versüßt, insbesondere die offene Küche war ein Ort zum zusammenkommen.
Jedes Elektrogerät was man benötigt war vorhanden, es hat an keiner Ausstattung gefehlt
