The main house offers an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining space in the traditional Aussee-style veranda, a living room with a pull-out sofa, a separate toilet, and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms one with a double bed, the other with a 160 cm wide bed and a bunk bed as well as a bathroom and a private sauna.

A covered walkway leads to the rustic "Troatkostn" a smaller, self-contained unit with its own kitchen, dining area, a cozy seating corner with a pull-out sofa, another bedroom with a balcony, and a private bathroom.

In total, the property offers three bedrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, two bathrooms, three toilets, a sauna, and a fireplace ideal for families or groups of friends who value comfort, space, and alpine charm.

The location offers the perfect blend of relaxation and recreation. Grundlsee lake is just 500 meters from the vacation home—a special bonus. The Loser ski lift is 12 km away, while the Tauplitz ski area can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. And the ski lift on the Zloam is a small but excellent ski lift with four different runs, located right on site. A rope lift for the little ones rounds off the offer. A special highlight for the whole family is usually the nighttime fun on the slopes with floodlights. As a guest, you receive a 20% discount on your day ski pass per night, and all children up to the age of 15 are invited to ski for free! The nearby holiday village offers a variety of amenities and entertainment options, including a village shop with regional products and a cozy restaurant. In winter, a T-bar lift, a children's lift, and a toboggan run are just a few steps away. In summer, hiking and biking trails start right behind the resort.
