Auf einem Berg mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht über den See. In der Mitte eines großen Waldes. Dort kann man ca. 1 Stunde lang verrückte Spaziergänge machen. Der aus mehreren Gebäuden bestehende Komplex verfügt über verschiedene Apartments und Zimmer. Ein großes Restaurant mit Terrasse, wo Sie frühstücken, zu Mittag und zu Abend essen können. Eine sehr einfache Küche mit Zutaten aus unserem eigenen Gemüsegarten. Und es gibt Kühe, Hühner, Pferde und Ziegen mit begleitenden Ständen. Die Wohnung ist klein, ordentlich und einigermaßen modern. Küchengeräte können besser sein. Badezimmer mit Dusche ist gut und es gibt eine kleine Terrasse mit Garten. In der Tat ist der ganze Ort Ihre Terrasse und der Wald Ihr Garten. Fazit, wer der Hektik des Sees und der Kühle, Ruhe und Natur aus dem Weg gehen möchte, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Die Straße war schmal und zählte nicht weniger als 40 Haarnadelkurven, wo man 6 km / h durch die Kurve fahren konnte, um den Gegenverkehr pünktlich zu sehen. Dann wurde der Aufwand mit einem schönen Blick über die Seen des Lago Maggiore belohnt. Die Begrüßung war freundlich. Die Wohnung war gut. Eine Fahrt mit der Fähre von Pallanza nach Isola Bella ist ein absolutes Highlight wegen der wunderschönen Umgebung mit einem Besuch des Palastes und des wunderschönen Botanischen Gartens.
