• All windows have aluminium rolling shutters. Which use and electric motor. The operation is by remote control (even from bed). Each room has its own remote control, plus a master remote control for all shutters.
• The house is protected by an alarm with direct link to the security service incl. video surveillance (naturally only when the system is activated). So your valuables are very well protected when you are away. The entrance door is particularly secured against burglary.
• The front door has an intercom system with video of the entrance gate.
• The designer kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances (e.g.: induction stove) with a view of your own bonsai tree.
• The pool has LED lighting. The pool can be illuminated in blue, green or red. An uninterrupted change of colours is also possible.
* The pool is heated/cooled. The pre-selected temperature can be maintained in the target range if desired.
• The outdoor facilities are exclusively designed incl. an outdoor shower.
• All rooms have their own air conditioning which can also be used to heat the rooms.
