Welcome to this spacious, detached villa in a peaceful and beautiful location. The house is surrounded by a lush private garden with a large dining table and comfortable lounge chairs — perfect for long summer evenings, relaxed breakfasts, or simply enjoying the quiet. In the garden stands a holiday home that may be occupied by others. On the photo of the floor plan, you can see the spacious part of the garden for your private use. Parking is available on the property.

Perfect location between forest, dunes, and beach. Within five minutes you can walk straight into the forest, which leads you further on to the dunes. The beach is just a 20-minute bike ride away. The charming center of Bergen, with its boutiques, cafés, and restaurants, is only a 15-minute walk.

The villa features three comfortable bedrooms. One is a a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom which includes a double shower, toilet, large bathtub, and washbasin with mirror and cabinet.
The second bathroom has a double sink, shower, and toilet. In addition, there is a separate toilet downstairs. There are two washing machines and a dryer.

Living space & kitchen: the bright living room features a cozy fireplace and a large open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner induction hob, (steam) oven, combination microwave, large refrigerator, and separate freezer. Whether you enjoy cooking elaborate dinners or preparing a quick breakfast, everything you need is available.

From a hairdryer and fresh bed linen to kitchen towels and cooking utensils — everything is provided to make your stay comfortable and effortless.

Garden: start your day with breakfast in the morning sun or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. The private garden surrounding the villa offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy nature (weather permitting).

Rentals are only available by the week, from Saturday to Saturday.

Organizing parties and receiving visitors (during the day and/or as overnight guests) is not permitted. The rented property may only be used by the booked tenants.
