Through the hallway, you enter the cozy, bright living room with a dining set for 6 people. The living room also features a comfortable seating area where you can end the day in front of the fireplace. From the living room, you step onto the sunny terrace with a garden seating set for six people and a grill. After a day at the beach, you can relax on one of the sun loungers in the spacious, fenced garden (550 m2).
The generously appointed open kitchen includes a 4-burner gas cooker, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, an oven, and a Nespresso machine.
The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and is accessible through the living room. This bedroom has two box-spring beds (90 x 200) and ample closets. Through the hallway, you also reach the bathrooms. The first is equipped with a shower cabin, a washbasin cabinet, a toilet, and a washing machine. The second bathroom (recently renovated) has a walk-in shower and a toilet.
The stairs lead to a spacious mezzanine with a cozy reading corner and plenty of closets. The other two bedrooms are also located on the upper floor. Both feature two box-spring beds (90 x 200) and ample closets.
The holiday home is centrally heated. In addition, there is digital TV and free Wi-Fi. You can park on the property. In the garden, there is a garden shed where you can store your bicycles.
