Etwas überfüllt mit 12 Wohnungen auf einem kleinen Grundstück, wenig Privatsphäre im Freien, Hundegebell die ganze Nacht, WLAN instabil. Habe einen hohen Betrag für die Reinigung bezahlt, musste aber alles Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck nochmal in der Spülmaschine spülen. Angenehmer Pizzaabend.

Schöne Wohnung in einer schönen Lage. Gute Basis für Städte wie Florenz, Lucca und Bologna. Schöner Pool. Zu Fuß zu großen Restaurants. Die Pizza Nacht von den Eigentümern am Donnerstag organisiert, ist sehr gemütlich. Insgesamt hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub.

Wir haben vier von uns (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder 16/14 Jahre) eine wunderbare Woche in Residence Il Poggiolino genossen. Das Gebäude hat mehrere Mietwohnungen mit einer schönen Mischung von Nationalitäten. Die Einrichtungen sind ausgezeichnet mit als Topper den schönen Pool mit Aussicht. Wir hatten bereits über die berühmte Pizza Nacht gelesen und es war wirklich fantastisch! Kleine Negative waren die Entfernung zu einem Supermarkt und die Straße, die unterhalb läuft und zog viele Biker unser Wochenende. Allerdings ist diese Eigenschaft ein absolutes Muss.
