The house features a partially covered terrace and a large, fenced garden of approximately 1200 m2.
The holiday home L25 is well-maintained and furnished. The tastefully decorated living room includes a couch and armchairs, a fireplace, satellite TV, and a dining area. Wi-Fi is available.
The kitchen, completely renovated in 2021, is equipped with an induction stove, a new oven, a fridge-freezer, a new dishwasher, and all the usual cooking utensils. A washing machine is also available.
Furthermore, on the ground floor, there are three bedrooms each with a French bed (140 cm wide) and wardrobe. The mattresses are like new and of high quality. On the mezzanine, there is an additional single bed. The freshly renovated bathroom has a sink and a shower, with a separate W.C.
For the covered terrace, there are garden furniture and sun loungers, as well as a built-in barbecue. The large, fenced garden is perfect for relaxation and for children to play.
A garage for storing surfboards and bicycles is available.
The holiday home L25 is furnished for up to 7 people.
The distance to the main supervised beach is about 300 m. Some restaurants, a bakery, a supermarket, and the mini-golf course are about 600 m away.

If you, as the tenant of the holiday property, withdraw from the contract, the landlord is entitled to compensation, which is standardized as a percentage of the total price, based on the customer's withdrawal date, as follows:
- up to the 50th day before the start of occupancy: 30%
- from the 49th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy: 50%
- from the 29th day before the start of occupancy: 90%
These cancellation rates do not apply to pandemic-related cancellations: If your arrival is officially prohibited due to border closures, travel or accommodation bans, you can, of course, rebook free of charge or cancel the booking.

Super Lage - man ist in weniger als 10 Minuten am absolut traumhaften Strand.
Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt in Fußnähe.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Hübsches Häusschen perfekter Gastgeber
Zum Strand waren es zu Fuss ca 5 Minuten. Wir wählten den wunderschönen Weg über die Dünen und waren an diesem Strand mit ein paar wenigen Menschen die einzigen. Weiter vorne liegt der überwachte Abschnitt wo sich dann die meisten Leute aufhalten.
In Labenne-Océan selber hat es Campingplätze, Läden und einen Freizeitpark, was je nach Vorliebe halt etwas lauter werden kann.

Leider konnten wir uns dieses Mal nicht persönlich kennenlernen, weil ich "nur" von Ende Juni bis Mitte September persönlich vor Ort bin. Aber vielleicht klappt das ja beim nächsten Mal - ich würde mich jedenfalls sehr freuen, wenn Sie sich in Zukunft wieder für eine von mir vermittelte Unterkunft in Aquitanien entscheiden würden.

Super Lage, tolles Wohnen u Kochen, 3 Schlafzimmer
Teilweise aber auch nur ok: Bad, Dusche und Aussenmöbel, Grill.
Super Lage: nah am Strand (5 Min zu Fuß) und ruhige Nachbarsgegend, kein Verkehr ums Haus.
Sauberkeit bei Hausübernahme ok.
