The single-story holiday home L72 has a living space of about 100 m2 and is completely furnished with new amenities. The spacious living room consists of a leather couch, an armchair, a large modern flat-screen TV, and an extendable dining table that can seat up to 6 people. Air conditioning and wireless internet access (Wi-Fi) are available.
The modern, open kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, an extractor hood, an electric oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a blender, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a practical counter with four bar stools. In the separate utility room, there is also a washing machine and a dryer, as well as an additional small refrigerator.
The approximately 30 m2 south-facing terrace is partially covered and furnished with garden furniture and sun loungers.
There are a total of three beautiful bedrooms with new beds and mattresses. The master suite has a 160 cm wide double bed, a wardrobe, and an en suite bathroom with a sink, walk-in shower, towel dryer, and toilet. A second, separate toilet is available. There are two more bedrooms with a 140 cm wide bed or two single beds, each with a built-in wardrobe. The second bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and sink. Bed linen is provided. All rooms have electric shutters that can be centrally controlled.
The car can be parked in the covered carport on the completely fenced property. There is a lockable storage room for bicycles and surfboards.
The beach can be reached in about 10 minutes by bicycle via a bike path that runs only 100 m from the house. A large supermarket, a very good bakery, a butcher shop, and a wine store, as well as the train station, are each about 800 m away. The highly recommended (petting) zoo of Labenne is only about 1.5 km away.
Holiday home L72 accommodates up to 6 people. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

If you, as the renter of the holiday property, cancel the contract, the landlord is entitled to a compensation payment, which is standardized as a percentage of the total price, based on the time of the customer's cancellation:

- from the 49th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy: 50%
- from the 29th day before the start of occupancy: 90%
These cancellation rates do not apply to pandemic-related cancellations: If your arrival is legally prohibited due to border closures, travel or accommodation bans, you can of course rebook free of charge or cancel the booking.

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, man ist schnell am Strand, beim Bäcker und Supermarkt oder auf einem der zahlreichen Spazierwege in den herrlichen Pinienwäldern.
Die Abwicklung war jederzeit unproblematisch und schnell, volle Punktzahl und zu 100% zu empfehlen.
Schönes, modernes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Drei Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten, ein großer Wohn-, Koch-, Essbereich mit einer perfekt ausgestatteten Küche, Terrasse mit großem Gartengelände, Grill inklusive.
Der schöne, weitläufige Strand ist ca. 4 km entfernt, Fahrräder können gegen Extragebühr ausgeliehen werden, vier Bäckereien und ein großer Supermarkt sind fahrradläufig gut erreichbar.
