The villa has recently been completely restored and will be rented for the first time in the 2020 season.

The charming natural stone house is located in an absolutely secluded location at an altitude of 260 meters between Pisa and Lucca, surrounded by greenery and a 7000 m² olive grove.

It offers a wonderful panoramic view of the typical Tuscan landscape and the surrounding green hills.

The two-story property is an excellent destination for a relaxing vacation. It is an ideal starting point for day trips to Viareggio or the famous beaches of Versilia.

A visit to the Torre Del Lago Puccini is also highly recommended, a “must” for all opera enthusiasts.

Nature lovers and bird watchers will get their money's worth in the nearby Migliarino S. Rossore Natural Park or the Orecchiella Natural Park.

Sports enthusiasts will find various outdoor activities such as golf, tennis, horse riding, mountain biking, etc. in the nearby area.

INDOOR

The rustic villa has been tastefully restored and with 300 m² offers plenty of space for 8 people, who can be accommodated in 4 spacious bedrooms (2 double rooms and 2 twin rooms) with en suite bathrooms.

On the ground floor, the spacious entrance area leads to the spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a stone fireplace. From here you have access to the shaded outdoor loggia overlooking the pool area, equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
On this level there is also another bathroom with shower, a large traditional brick eat-in kitchen and the dining room with a working fireplace.

A stone staircase leads to the upper floor with 4 large, bright bedrooms (2 double rooms and 2 twin rooms), each with its own bathroom with shower.
The rooms are tastefully decorated with original wrought iron beds and antique furniture.

OUTDOOR AREA

Guests will find plenty of peace and a private atmosphere in the large, well-kept garden, which is surrounded by 7,000 m² of olive groves. The cozy pool area (10 x 4.5 m; 0.2 to 1.35 m deep) with its sun loungers and parasols invites you to relax and unwind.

At the front of the house there is a large shady outdoor loggia. Here guests can happily sit together and enjoy meals outdoors, which they have previously prepared on the outdoor grill.

A little-used, single-lane, unpaved country road leads to the house; it is unsuitable for lowered cars.

There are 3 private parking spaces on site.

Please note:

The holiday home is only rented exclusively. This means: the entire house, the garden and the pool are available to guests for their sole use.

Rentals are normally from Saturday to Saturday. If you would like to book differently, please ask.
