Opis
Through a heavy wooden entrance door, you enter this holiday home and, via a vestibule, reach the side-located cloakroom with an adjoining guest toilet. An open wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with three or to the garden level with two bedrooms. A highlight is the large, open kitchen with a perfectly fitted, large dining table with corner bench in the bay window. It is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine (whole beans), toaster, kettle, and other electric cooking aids. For cooking, you can use either a ceramic hob or a historic kitchen stove for logs.
Particularly impressive is the adjoining cozy living room with the original hypocaust tiled stove, which can be heated with available logs (included from October to May) according to individual needs. A hunting room with wood-paneled walls completes the ground floor. Through the living room, you reach the large, wraparound balcony with various seating options, from which you can enjoy the outstanding view of the Karawanks. The balcony provides direct access to the outdoor kitchen and, in summer, to your own pool.
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. Here, a corridor opens up to three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with WC and shower. From the two master bedrooms, you can step out onto a front loggia with a magnificent view of the Karawanks. The hypocaust wood heating (self-heating) on the ground floor heats all bedrooms.
Two more double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet are located on the garden level. On this level, there is also the optionally rentable sauna with a separate shower. Through the living area, you reach a sheltered terrace, also with a fantastic view of the Karawanks, a hot whirlpool (for a fee), and seating furniture.

6. Cancellation
6.1 Until the rental start date agreed upon in the booking, the customer may withdraw from the booking by providing a written statement to the landlord. The decisive factor is the time at which the notice of withdrawal is received.
6.2 The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply:
25% of the rental price for cancellations up to the 42nd day before the start of the rental period
60% of the rental price for cancellations from the 41st to the 28th day before the start of the rental period
90% of the rental price for cancellations from the 27th day before the start of the rental period or in case of no-show
6.3 The customer is at liberty to prove that the landlord suffered no damage or significantly less damage. This is regularly assumed if the property could be rented out for the same period and under the same conditions to someone else.

Die Außenanlage ist sehr liebevoll hergerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, der Whirlpool und der Jacuzzi im Außenbereich. Er war sehr sauber und gepflegt und temperaturmäßig super warm eingestellt.
Auch eine Außendusche ist vorhanden sowie überdachte Sitzmöglichkeiten und ein Grill gibt es auch. Ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist natürlich vorhanden.
Besonders beeindruckend war der große Balkon und der atemberaubende Ausblick.
Die Räumlichkeiten im Ferienhaus sind großzügig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und in einem tadellosen Zustand.
Auch an die winzigen Kleinigkeiten die man manchmal benötigt, an alles wurde hier gedacht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.
Wir haben vom Ferienhaus sehr viele Ausflüge unternommen. Es gibt zahlreiche Seen in unmittelbarer Nähe, die im Sommer bestimmt zum Baden einladen.
Zahlreiche Wanderwege führen auf die umliegenden Berge und einige Alpenstraßen laden zu schönen Autotouren ein.
Den Kindern gefiel am besten der Pool.Dieser Urlaub wird noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit..
