On the ground floor, you’ll find a kitchen and dining area with a small living room at the back that includes a cosy children's nook. Around 10 steps lead up to the double bedroom, which features an adjoining marble shower surrounded by greenery and offers a breathtaking view of the mountains.
Next to it is a small laundry room with two sinks, a bidet, and another small shower with toilet.
Next to the bedroom, the steps lead up to the terrace. The terrace is covered with a pergola. Opposite this, there is a brick bed for sunbathing.

By car: Murcia-Almeria motorway; take the Campohermoso exit. From Campohermoso, head towards Fernán Pérez and Hortichuela. Then take the next right turn towards San José–Rodalquilar.
After approximately 1.5 km, take the left-hand exit for "Playa del Playazo". Continue for about 500 m along the rambla (dry riverbed). The first house on the left, marked by a flag and a sign reading “La Ermita – vivienda turística, alojamiento rural”, is your destination.
