Completely renovated for 2018, this 4 bedroom house has lovely views over the beautiful Norman countryside and has its own private lake. Downstairs can be let as an apartment for couples, with an-open plan living space with equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with surround sound. There is also a bedroom with en-suite bathroom at ground floor level. Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms, another bathroom and a separate toilet. Patio doors lead to a large sun terrace which is totally private. Because of the lake, the property is not suitable for small children. Dogs are welcome.

Wir (2 Erw, 3 Kinder, 1 Hund) haben in diesem tollen Ferienhaus zwei wunderschöne Wochen verbracht und uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und großzügig eingerichtet, dazu mit 2 WC und 2 Bädern auch für eine große Familie sehr praktisch. Der große Garten lud zum Spielen ein, morgens am Teich sitzen war idyllisch. Es ist sehr ruhig und ländlich, der Ort La Haye du Puits mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einigen Restaurants ist ca. 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt. In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Strände. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter Damien war sowohl im Vorfeld als auch vor Ort sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Tolle Lage, es ist sehr ruhig und doch sind alle erforderlichen Geschäfte ( Bäcker ,Supermarkt usw.) in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen, sehr gute und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, Küche vollständig eingerichtet, Masterbettraum mit guter Einrichtung, großes Wohn- / Esszimmer

Wir waren zu zweit mit Hündin im Cottage Lakeside. Das Haus hat nicht nur einen eigenen Teich und eine große Terasse, sondern ist auch liebevoll, grosszügig und hell ausgestaltet. Uns fehlte es an nichts und waren wirklich sehr glücklich über unsere Wahl. Ruhe, viel Natur und dennoch eine recht zentrale Lage...was will man mehr. Auch unsere Hündin hat sich hier sehr wohl gefühlt und wollte (wie wir) nur ungern wieder weg. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer ist auch ohne Französischkenntnisse kein Problem. Mit Hilfe eines Freundes oder dem Bruder geht es auch in deutsch oder englisch.
Rundherum eine wirklich schönes Cottage und sehr nette Vermieter.
