Renovated Dalmatian farmhouse. Thoroughly refurbished in 2010 in peaceful, rural surroundings.
Hiking and cycle paths leading right from the house. Lake 400 metres away.
135 square metres of living space + 25-square-metre balcony with far-reaching views + 28-square-metre shaded terrace. Kitchen, small pantry, toilet with sink, washing machine, large living room on the ground floor. First floor: 4 large bedrooms, 3 with double beds. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom at the end of the corridor. Well-cared for garden with a barbecue area. Studio with a 2nd bathroom and WC. Fully fenced-in plot of land, great for families with small kids and for dog owners. 2 fenced-in car parking spaces + additional parking spaces in front of the plot of land.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes großes Ferienhaus.
Zu den Stränden am Meer muss man schon 20 Min. Autofahrt einplanen, Sibeniks Altstadt ist sehenswert, besonders am frühen Abend. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung reichlich, Einkaufen 10 . Min. mit dem Auto entfernt mehrere Läden. Der ganze Ablauf, Papiere, Absprachen; Schlüsselübergabe sehr gründlich und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Erholung
Der Wohlfühlfaktor ist sehr hoch in diesem Haus, weil es nicht nur bestens ausgestattet ist. Es ist ruhig gelegen mit schönem Blick und dennoch sehr gut angebunden. Der liebevoll gestaltete Garten macht es mitunter schwer, sich loszureißen. Mit einem dicken Buch im Schatten des Terrassenbaumes lässt sich leicht vergessen, dass es jede Menge zu entdecken gibt: Ausflüge in die pittoresken Küstenstädtchen, die Krka-Wasserfälle, die Königsfestung Knin, Sibenik mit seinem wunderbaren Wochenmarkt, hübsche Badebuchten, Inseln, etc...
Bleibt eigentlich nur noch zu sagen, dass wir 2019 zum zweiten Mal gebucht haben und zwar für drei Wochen.
