Villetta Mares is a new, modern home in one of the best locations of Costa Paradiso. The bay “Li Baietti“ it’s 2mn walking dist. The house has a fantastic sea view on the Gulf of Asinara and the typical red granite cliffs. Oriented towards west you enjoy the wonderful sunset from the veranda every evening. The house has a large living area with a high window front to the garden . The living area includes a sofa, a dining space and a well-appointed open kitchen (incl. dishwasher) one bedroom with sliding doors which offers a sea view from the bed, one bathroom with shower and bidet. The house is perfectly suitable for two people. The sofa in the living-area can be turned into a bed for a third person.
