Welcome to Villa Wattkieker – your modern holiday home on the island of Langeoog.
This semi-detached house, completed in June 2025, is located in a quiet spot at Hafenstraße 2, idyllically situated at the end of a cul-de-sac.
With approximately 97 m² of living space, it offers a stylishly furnished retreat for up to 7 guests – perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends.

The ground floor features a high-quality kitchen in concrete look with an open cooking island and modern appliances:
Induction hob, oven with microwave function, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, fully automatic coffee machine, and various kitchen helpers – ideal for cooking together.
The adjoining living and dining area offers plenty of space with a large dining table for up to 8 people, a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and PlayStation 5 for shared entertainment.
Garden Oasis & Outdoor Relaxation
The sunny southwest-facing terrace is equipped with a comfortable seating area, six armchairs, a grill, sun awning, and an original beach chair.
The fenced garden invites children and dogs to play and relax – a perfect retreat in the fresh North Sea air.

On the ground floor you’ll find a modern shower bathroom and an exclusive sauna with deep heat cabin and built-in radio – perfect for relaxing any time of the year.
Upstairs there is another bright shower bathroom.

Three lovingly furnished bedrooms upstairs provide excellent sleeping comfort:
– Two bedrooms with box spring beds (180 × 200 cm) and flat-screen TV
– One children’s room with bunk bed and an additional pull-out bed

In the adjacent outbuilding, washing machine and dryer with coin operation are available – ideal for longer stays.
