On the ground floor there is the light-filled living and dining area with a comfortable big sofa that is also a great place to sleep, a smart TV, (internet) radio with Bluetooth speaker and a dog bed that is also suitable for large four-legged friends.
The dining area, complete with a highchair, adjoins the open kitchen, where you can sit on bar stools at the counter and admire the magnificent sunrise over Sankt Andreasberg in the morning.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto & filter coffee), toaster, kettle, and egg cooker, as well as an induction cooktop with integrated extractor fan and a pet food bar.
The kitchen overlooks the sun terrace, which is separated from the living area by a large panoramic patio door.
Adjacent is a bedroom with a double bed, bedside lamps with USB chargers, a spacious sliding-door wardrobe, and a smart TV.
