Holiday house Podere I Gigli u Castiglion Fiorentino, Tuscany

In a Farmhouse near the village. Podere I Gigli is a farm just a stone’s throw from the center of Castiglion Fiorentino, which is easily reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. Even the railway station, which is located 500 meters from the property, is easily accessible and makes the house particularly suitable for any kind of travel and to visit Tuscany and Central Italy. The farm produces mainly cereals, but around the house there are also vineyards, olive trees and fruit trees. On request you can taste and buy wine, extra virgin oil and other products of the Company's production.

The external space. The house is surrounded by a large and well-kept garden, shaded and decorated with flowers and plants, with a relaxation area and with table and chairs for outdoor dining. On the back of the house, in a sunny position, we find the swimming pool (size 4,5x9 m, depth 1,50 m and completely fenced - open from 16 May to 30 September). On the terrace solarium on the first floor there is a sitting area with umbrella, table and chairs. Guests also have at disposal a vegetable garden with fresh seasonal vegetables.

Rustic furniture, antiques, typical Tuscan style. The old stone farmhouse, which dates back to the early '900, has been recently renovated and brought back to new life while maintaining the structure that still oozes with ancient history and rural traditions. During the renovation the “graniglia” floors and the exposed wooden beams have been preserved. The rustic furniture and the local antiques and handicrafts have been chosen personally and carefully by the owner, and together with the various facilities such as air conditioning, satellite TV and Wi-Fi connection, will guarantee relaxing and comfortable holidays. The owners who live in the house next door, though discreetly, will be a sure point of reference for any need.

GROUND FLOOR: entrance on large living room with kitchen area, dining area, sofas and satellite TV, small bathroom (toilet and sink) with washing machine.
FIRST FLOOR: with access from internal staircase, double bedroom with access to a small terrace, double bedroom and bathroom with shower and bath. Double bedroom with wide private bathroom with shower. From the hallway access to a large, panoramic sun terrace with pool view, equipped with sitting area, table, chairs and sun umbrella.
