This well-maintained house consists on the ground floor of a large bright living room (with sofa bed) with access to the natural stone terrace and the Mediterranean garden behind the house (on a slope). The kitchen and a bathroom with shower adjoin the living room. An interesting staircase leads to the upper floor with two double bedrooms - both with sea views - a gallery with sofa beds (2 single beds with good mattresses) and a second bathroom with shower.
The natural stone terrace with pergola has a built-in grill and invites you to relaxing dinners with views of the beautiful sunsets of our Costa del Sole.
At the back of the house, there is a large garden laid out on terraces, with views of the surrounding vineyards, Monte San Bartolomeo, and the sea.
There is a parking space and a carport in front of the house.
The house was designed by an Italian architect.

Besides two small hotel complexes (with restaurant service), there is a kiosk, a bar on the piazza and one on the beach, and everything else can be found in the nearby Pomonte (2 km), which can also be reached on foot via a comfortable mule track with a magnificent view.
