Nice also for children and babys. A safe extra bed for kids in one of the sleeping rooms, a kids' chair and other facilities are in the house.
Sauna for two or three persons is incusive – please keep it clean.
No smoking, please.

Sehr geehrter Herr Zim,
es freut mich sehr, dass es Ihnen in der >>Roten Seerose<< so gut gefallen hat und Sie geradewegs zum Wiederholungstäter werden. Ihr nächster Urlaub ist gebucht und ich hoffe im Sommer wird es Ihnen in und um Userin herum ebenso gut gefallen. Bis dahin wünsche ich Ihnen ganz viel Vorfreude und grüße Sie herzlich.

Da hatten wir mehr erwartet ...
Der größte Kritikpunkt war für uns die mangelhafte Sauberkeit. Obwohl am Tag unserer Anreise das Haus eine komplette Endreinigung erfahren haben soll, fielen uns zahlreiche Mängel auf. Kurzum, die „Endreinigung“ (es soll eine Firma gewesen sein) hat mal kurz ins Haus geschaut, hat alles für gut befunden und hat sich dann verkrümelt! Schade, dass dieser Firma niemand explizit auf die Finger geschaut hat!
Wie angesprochen, machte das Haus an mancher Stelle einen arg abgewohnten Eindruck. Wir haben mit Sicherheit kein Problem damit, wenn ein Ferienhaus so langsam in die Jahre kommt (Baujahr etwa 1996). Man muss dann eben darauf geeignet reagieren. Und das haben wir vermisst!
