We are happy to offer you our newly opened, in January 2015, cottage in the heart of Garmisch-Partenkirchen in a totally quiet location.

The alpine holiday house is located about 4 minutes walk from the pedestrian zone of the ski lifts and 6-minute walk.

The detached holiday home has a private plot with garden and parking.

On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, one triple bedroom and shower / WC. On the ground are guests / WC, extra bathrooms, dining room, living room and kitchen. Washer and dryer are available. For your sports equipment there is a lockable access from the parking in the basement. There is also a cot and high chair available.

Die Innenstadt von Garmisch, Supermärkte, Bäcker und Restaurants-alles ist fussläufig erreichbar. Dennoch ist es sehr ruhig. Das Alpenhaus ist ein Altbau, top saniert mit neuer Ausstattung. Die Einrichtung passt zum Thema Alpen. Die vielen Geweihe an den Wänden, auf den Handtüchern oder Möbeln sind sicher nicht jedermanns Geschmack. Der große Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein und vom Balkon gibt es einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und um das Wohl Ihrer Gäste bemüht. Der Internetempfang war sehr schwankend und wurde über einen nicht verschlüsselten Hotspot ermöglicht.

Nette Gastgeber, ein gemütliches, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Haus in guter Lage von Garmisch. Etwa 130 m2, drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, Stellplatz neben dem Haus. Wir waren mit Freunden vor Ort und sind sehr zufrieden gewesen.

Das Haus hat die Erwartungen zu 150% erfüllt. Es liegt sehr zentral in Garmisch. Bäcker, Supermarkt und die Fußgängerzone sind sehr schnell erreichbar. Es ist trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Der Garten war für die Kinder ein absolutes Highlight, schön groß und gepflegt. Das Zimmer, die beiden Bäder und die Küche sind sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. In der hochwertigen Küche fehlt es an nichts. Sogar so Kleinigkeiten die man nicht erwartet waren da ( Alu- und Frischhaltefolie, Salz und Pfeffer, Filtertüten und eine Auswahl an Tee). Die Übergabe bei An - und Abreise verlief schnell und ohne Probleme. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich. Vielen Dank liebe Familie Trechsler, die Woche in Ihrem Alpenhaus war einfach klasse.

Our family of four was able to stay at Das Alpenhaus for two weeks. The home is wonderful, beautifully decorated, and very inviting. It is a great location as well. We were able to walk (in the snow) everywhere we needed to go. It felt like home for our family. Anneliese was very easy to work with, and very friendly. We definitely recommend this home!

Ende Februar wohnten wir im kürzlich renovierten und neu eröffneten Alpenhaus. Liebevoll und mit viel Feingefühl eingerichtet bot sich uns das Alpenhaus als kuscheliges Versteck in Garmisch. Eine komplet ausgestattete Küche, gemütlisches Esszimmer, zauberhaftes Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer, die zum Träumen einladen....wozu man sich auch auf der großzügigen Terrasse und dem Balkon verleiten lassen kann! Nahe dem Zentrum liegt das Alpenhaus dennoch ruhig und zurückgezogen in einer Seitenstrasse, in der der Lärm einfach draußen bleibt. Wir wurden überaus freundlich und liebenswürdig empfangen, fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an wie bei guten Freunden daheim.
Der Abschied fiel schwer - wir kommen bald zurück!!!

Das komplett renovierte Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und Geschmack eingerichtet. Wir waren die ersten Mieter und haben uns sehr wohl und umsorgt gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt für Erholung (absolut ruhig mit Garten und Terrasse, Balkon im 1. OG), shoppen (zu Fuß erreichbar) und natürlich Skispaß oder wandern (die Lifte kann man zu Fuß erreichen). Auch für die große Familie bietet dieses Haus allen erdenklichen Komfort, Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und Platz um gemeinsam zu essen, zu spielen etc. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
