The house is located in central Istria, only 2.5 km away from the town of Motovun. The house is located at the foot of Motovun, surrounded by vineyards with a beautiful view of Motovun. There are rooms on the first and second floors of the house. The house has 4 double rooms with a double bed and all rooms have their own bathroom. On the ground floor of the house there is a kitchen with a living room. There is a large terrace in front of the house, and on warm days you can cool off on the terrace under a 100-year-old mulberry tree. Outdoor pool of 24 m². Parking is located on the lot. In addition to a peaceful vacation, every nature lover is offered a variety of active vacation opportunities in this environment.
