Garden and swimming pool. In the large garden shaded by an age-old oak and surrounded by olive groves, there are at guests disposal a 9x4 m swimming pool (depth 1,50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), a barbecue, table and chairs and sun umbrellas. Next to the house passes a secondary road which connects the villages of Lucignano and Rigomagno. A comfortable and relaxing vacation. The nice furnishing and the many facilities (washing machine, dish-washer, oven, toaster, microwave, filter coffee maker, iron, satellite TV) guarantee a relaxing and comfortable holiday. On request we can arrange for you at the house typical Tuscan dinners. Your small four-legged friends are also welcome (extra charge could be required).
GROUND FLOOR: wide living room with open fireplace and sofas, kitchen-dining room, bathroom with bath, laundry room, small bathroom with WC.
FIRST FLOOR: with entrance from internal staircase, five double bedrooms, bathroom with bath and bathroom with shower, connecting sitting room with panoramic balcony. From an external convenient staircase you can reach one of the bedrooms.
EQUIPMENT: freezer, oven, dish-washer, washing machine, toaster, microwave, moka coffee maker, filter coffee maker, high chair, iron, SAT TV, kettle, DVD player, CD player, fans (5), Wi-Fi Internet access.

We had a wonderful stay in the Casa Felice.
The accommodation and the garden are very well maintained and equipped with everything you want.
The surrounding area offers many excursion destinations in near and far, which can be easily reached by car.
Special thanks go to Irina and Enzo, who have taken care of the property, the pool and us.
Even after our vacation they looked after us and sent us clothes that we unfortunately forgot on site.
A very successful vacation for all of us.
