The two-story house offers an unobstructed lake view that will captivate you.
From the garden, with its pool and olive trees, you can gaze over the island of Lake Garda and Rocca di Manerba del Garda towards Sirmione, to the east at the foothills of Monte Baldo, and to the right towards the west at the green wall of an untouched mountain height. Magnificent!
A large terrace invites you to linger, making restaurants seem unimportant. Where could you sit that's more beautiful?
Behind the terrace lies the large master bedroom, and the living bedroom, each with a double bed, which have direct access to the terrace, as well as 1 bathroom.
The round pool has a diameter of 4.80 m and a depth of 1.20 m.
Dogs are welcome, however, there are conditions, for which you can get extra information.
The entire front of the house facing the lake is made of glass. From every meter of the room, the view opens up to the lake. Sun sails and air conditioning are available. The entire glass front can be opened with sliding elements. This creates a living effect that only becomes reality in some dreams: "Living as if outdoors."
