This beautiful holiday home is located near Wolphaartsdijk, close to the Veerse Meer. Wolphaartsdijk is a small, authentic Zeeland village with a marina, dining options, and shops for your daily needs. In the immediate vicinity of the house, you will find nature, water, and tranquility, yet it is only a 3-minute walk to the marina, the Veerse Meer with various water sports opportunities, and several dining establishments.

Situated almost directly on the Veerse Meer, this holiday home guarantees many hours of water fun. There are numerous water sports activities you can enjoy here, such as fishing, sailing, and surfing. You can also go water skiing or rent a canoe. You will never be bored. Additionally, it is a very beautiful area worth exploring, either on foot or by bike. The many marked routes lead you through the stunning area, to one of the many marinas, or to Goes and Veere. The cities of Middelburg, Ghent, and Bruges are also easily accessible by car.

On the ground floor, you have a spacious, modern yet cozy living room with ample seating, a dining area, digital television, DVD player, radio, and an atmospheric fireplace. The open kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a four-burner stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.

On the first floor, there is a bathroom equipped with a sink, (rain) shower, and an additional toilet. The first floor also has three bedrooms. All three bedrooms are furnished with two single beds (90x200).

The house is equipped with central heating and free Wi-Fi. There is a separate storage room available. Through the French doors in the living room, you reach the spacious garden and terrace, which are equipped with various garden furniture and a parasol. There is ample private parking available at the property.
