This luxurious holiday home with its own jetty in Balk, Frisian, is very suitable for holidays with the family. The house is located on a small-scale villa park with a direct connection to the Frisian Slotermeer. The water villa has a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area, a smart TV and a spacious dining table. The furnishings are very modern. The villa has a downstairs bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with an ensuite bathroom and a separate bathroom. So a lot of luxury and privacy.

Balk, located in the Frisian Lake District, is characterized by its historic center located on the Luts River, part of the Eleven Cities Route. You can shop extensively along the canal or sit at one of the cozy terraces. The unique villages along the Elfstedentocht route are also definitely worth a visit.

The open kitchen is part of the living room and is equipped with luxury appliances. Through the French doors in the living room you can easily reach the garden with a lovely terrace on the water.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus am Wasser. Dekoration sehr schön und von sehr guter Qualität. Ruhig gelegen. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Balk entfernt.
Kleine Verbesserungspunkte: kein Haartrockner vorhanden, Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer etwas unzureichend (besonders für Kinder, die abends spielen möchten).
