Ich hatte Belvilla informiert, dass unsere Gruppe um eine Person reduziert würde. Die Unterlagen spiegelten diese Information wider, aber diese Änderung wurde von der Parkrezeption nicht erhalten. Daher bezahlte ich Bettwäsche, Steuern usw. für eine Person, die nicht anwesend war. Nach meiner Beschwerde wurde mir eine Rückerstattung versprochen, die ich nach 8 Tagen immer noch nicht erhalten habe.
Der Zustand des Gartens war beklagenswert. Wir fanden eine schmutzige Windel, Papiere, 34 Zigarettenstummel!!!
Eine leere Chipstüte und Krümel in einem Schrank.
Ein Abzieher und ein Eimer, aber kein Wischmopp!
Kleidung, wahrscheinlich von den Vormietern, zwischen den Matratzen eingeklemmt!!!
Der Preis für die Endreinigung hätte es mir ermöglicht, eine Reinigungskraft für mindestens 10 Stunden zu engagieren!
Die gesamte Ausstattung (Villa) war makellos.
Es gab keine Mängel an der Ausstattung.
Ich würde jedem empfehlen, ein Wochenende, eine Woche, zwei Wochen oder was auch immer hier zu buchen, um eine wundervolle Zeit zu verbringen.
