Situated in a residential area, this lovely cottage offers a strategic location, as supermarkets, shops, bars, and much more are in the immediate vicinity. The historic center of Lazise is about 600 meters away and can be easily reached on foot. Other famous places like Bardolino, Sirmione, and Verona are all about 10-30 minutes away by car.

To the delight of your children, major attractions such as Gardaland, Caneva World, and Movie Land, as well as many others, are just a little more than 10 minutes away by car.

The house has various amenities such as air conditioning, a private outdoor parking space (additional free public parking is available in the area), a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and bed linen and towels for free use.

A maximum of one pet is allowed.

Completely renovated in 2024, this pretty terraced villa with a private terrace is set on two floors and offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to accommodate up to 6 people.

The modern and high-quality furnishings contribute to a high level of living comfort, making your holiday by the lake unforgettable.

The property is spread over two floors and is divided as follows:

On the ground floor, you will find the living room with a single sofa bed, a separate kitchen, a storage room, a bathroom with a window, toilet, sink, shower, and bidet, as well as a charming, furnished terrace with a grill.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed and a bunk bed, as well as a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower.

The separate kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for your holiday on Lake Garda and includes a dishwasher, a hob, a coffee machine, a microwave, cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery. It also offers direct access to the outdoor terrace, where you can dine al fresco.

The charming private terrace on the ground floor is fenced, furnished, and equipped with a grill, so you can enjoy warm days outdoors.

The upper floor is accessible only by stairs.

Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, bed linen, and towels are available free of charge.

Some houses have a remote check-in at the house with code access. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you booked is one of them.
Check-out: In person from 8:00-9:00 at the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, St. Ulrich (except for houses with access code)
Pets are not allowed in all houses. To avoid misunderstandings, please inform us separately if you intend to bring them. In houses where pets are allowed, a surcharge of €15.00/pet/night will be charged. A baby cot, high chair, and child's bed rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-in after 19:00 is only possible after prior registration until 18:00 on the day of arrival and after presenting the required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extras by credit card at check-in.
Heating is turned on from October to April (during this period, heating is not turned on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°C or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C).
Charging electric vehicles or other storage media is not allowed unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If it is allowed, it is only possible after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and for a variable surcharge.
Additional costs will be incurred for the wastage of electricity, gas, or other operating resources (e.g., lights left on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with windows open).
Guests are required to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each time, to let the moisture out of the apartment and prevent mold formation. If this rule is not followed and mold is found upon the guests' departure, costs will be incurred for restoring the integrity of the apartment.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not stocked with food items such as cooking spices or various consumables like shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are only intended as a welcome gift and will not be replenished during your stay.
Payments required for entry to the apartment are the tourist tax and the pre-authorization of the security deposit by SWIKLY in the amount of €500.
If not agreed upon beforehand, the physical keys, advantage card, and other accessories provided at check-in must be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in St. Ulrich, otherwise, a €50 fee will be charged for key collection.
The amount for the final cleaning covers only standard cleaning. It does not include washing dishes and removing trash from the apartments to the designated places. A variable surcharge will be charged for excessively dirty apartments, unwashed dishes, and unremoved trash, based on the number of excess work hours.
