The exteriors are very beautiful, with a chlorinated pool of 6 x 4 m with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.6 m, a solarium with 4 chairs, a terrace at the entrance of the house equipped with a table and chairs, a fully furnished porch and a barbecue.

This 150 m2 house, distributed over two floors, has four bedrooms: one twin on the ground floor and three (two doubles and one twin) on the first floor, all three with an en-suite bathroom, two of them with shower and one with bath. All bedrooms have air conditioning. A cot and a high chair are available on request. In addition there is a bathroom with shower on the ground floor that serves the whole house. The spacious living room has two sofas, a coffee table, satellite TV, air conditioning, a wood-burning stove and lots of natural light. The dining room is very spacious and has a large dining table with chairs, and air conditioning. The separate kitchen is fully-equipped, with vitro-ceramic hob. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The house is just 6 km from Sa Ràpita and 6 km from Campos, where you can find all amenities: supermarkets, medical centre, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Within a 10-minute drive you can reach the white sandy beach of Es Trenc, a natural jewel of the Balearics. And around you will find many more beaches and coves with crystal clear waters. Just a 30-minute drive will take you to Palma, where you can go shopping, and visit all the cultural insights.
