This magnificent villa consists of two apartments that despite being one above the other have separate entrances. It has 7 bedrooms, some with air conditioning. and is ideal for large families or a group of 14 people
Guests have access to a shared swimming pool, a beautiful garden with barbecue, large panoramic terrace, parking, a living room with fireplace and TV, 2 complete kitchens equipped with all comforts.
We are only 300 meters from the city center, where you can find a number of restaurants, bars, places to shop. The beach is only one km away.
The privileged location allows our guests to spend a healthy holiday, in the name of a rural, gastronomic and naturalistic tourism. You can rest, swim in the nearby beaches or make interesting excursions along the coast and inland. Comfortable in all seasons.
The nearest airport is Lamezia Terme which is only 50 km away.

Paradies mit einem schönen Pool, freundlich und sehr weit (Interviews von Grünflächen, Abfalltrennung, etc.) Die Villa liegt auf einem Grundstück mit Tor Bereich, vor einem viele Mücken in der Nacht geographischen .Situation perfekt für Strände und Personal Die Stadt Tropea.
Strand und Pool Urlaub
Nie in Kalabrien gewesen, auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Die Villa liegt in einer schönen Gegend, direkt in ein Stück Holz mit ein paar anderen Villen 's so ziemlich viel Privatsphäre. Ein Schwimmbad mit den anderen 3 Villen geteilt wird' s. 2 Bäder, 4 Schlafzimmer, eine geräumige Küche und ein großes Wohnzimmer sowie eine beispiellose großen Garten mit Pizzaofen und barbeceu machen dieses Haus heeeeerlijk. Die Stadt San Domenica wo sich die Villa befindet, ist sehr klein, und nicht etwas ganz Besonderes. Auto wirklich notwendig ist, ist der erste Strand so "n 700 Meter weit, Stil nach unten und kommen Sie zu einem Strandbad mit großer Parkplatz. Kleiner Strand, sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist wunderschön, Städte wie Santa Maria, Vibo Valentia und Tropea sind einen Besuch wert. 1 Nachteil gibt es viele Mücken in der Villa, so dass ein Teil der Anti-Mücken-Zeug Take wird auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Wunderbarer Urlaub, genossen den großen Garten, schöner Pool, schöne Aussicht, nicht, um die fantastische Pizzaofen erwähnen! Dorf zu Fuß alles, was Sie brauchen, und Tropea (weiteren) ist wunderschön und bietet eine Vielzahl an Restaurants und Bars. Empfehlenswert!
