In another building on the property there is a garage and a tavern belonging to the same owner. This building is locked and not in use. Guests have complete privacy on the property.
In the fully fenced garden, guests have access to an outdoor infinity pool with hydromassage and beautiful views of the surrounding hills and Učka, the highest peak in Istria. Guests can enjoy the covered seating area, barbecue, sun loungers and several covered parking spaces.
In the courtyard, exclusively for guests of Casa Olika during the summer months, there is a vegetable garden with plenty of organic vegetables. After agreement with the owner, it is possible to visit the olive grove OPG Krbavčić and enjoy the care, olive harvest or just have a picnic in the olive grove with a tasting of OPG Krbavčić products.
The area around Buzet is suitable for active holidays as it is crossed by numerous hiking and cycling trails, and nearby there is a paragliding launch site as well as climbing rocks and numerous other opportunities for day trips. Buzet is known for Istrian truffle, a delicacy offered by local taverns.
Casa Olika for 8 people consists of a living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two rooms with two single beds and two bathrooms.
In a separate part of the ground floor, accessible from the inside via stairs or through doors directly from the outside, there is an indoor pool with hydromassage and the possibility of heating the water. There is also a relaxation area with sun loungers and a wine fridge with local wines, as well as a separate toilet.
NOTE: The indoor pool can be heated for an additional charge of €70 per week. The indoor pool is available all year round.
