Four bedrooms with beautifully decorated en-suite bathrooms are located on the first floor of the villa, from where guests can enjoy a splendid view of the panorama of Umag and the sea, the large garden, the large swimming pool and the nature surrounding the villa . There is an extra sofa in one of these bedrooms. No private bathroom and bed in the fourth bedroom but a sofa with a pull-out mattress for two.
