Villa Vera is a country house surrounded by ancient olive trees in the Alto Salento, 6 km from the sandy beaches of the Torre Guaceto reserve and 3 km from the historic centre of San Vito dei Normanni. It sleeps up to 6 guests on a raised ground floor with two double bedrooms, a twin room with pull-out bed, two bathrooms (one with shower, one with tub) and a bright living room plus well-equipped kitchen. Outside you have a fully fenced garden with veranda, dining table and masonry barbecue, as well as private parking. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room and fast Starlink Wi-Fi make it ideal for families who want to relax in the countryside and reach Ostuni in about 10 minutes by car.

Everything was great! W hea some small issues with the power, but the company solved them quick. Stella and daughter were wonderful; they live next door to the house. They have these beautiful chickens and have us fresh eggs. My sons talked about those eggs every single breakfast. Thanks for making our experience something to remember and for helping us with all the small details and solve them quickly.
Alloggio ideale per famiglie con bambini, la casa era molto confortevole, spaziosa e con tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile in Puglia. Ero equidistante da tutto quello che c'era da vedere in Puglia (tra cui Matera che non è Puglia). È obbligatorio avere la macchina per spostarsi. Il paese è a 5 minuti e c'è tutto. Una casa soleggiata e fresca con tutti i comfort. La nostra vicina Stella è stata meravigliosa con noi e con i nostri figli le faccio una menzione speciale perché ci ha sempre fornito aiuto e i nostri figli chiedevano di lei ogni giorno (grazie Stella!). Tutto ha funzionato alla perfezione e se tornassimo in Puglia rifaremmo sicuramente l'esperienza. Un luogo circondato da olive, piante aromatiche e tanto sole. Consigliamo la casa ️

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la Villa Vera qui est une maison très agréable. Elle est très bien équipée, fraîche, avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin ainsi qu'un Wifi très performant.
Nous avons un peu été déçus par la proximité immédiate de la maison voisine qui s'est avérée assez bruyante : le chien aboie beaucoup et le coq chante tout autant ! Nous pensions que la maison était plus isolée du voisinage et donc plus calme.

La casa era molto pulita e accogliente. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Una casa molto spaziosa ed estremamente confortevole. L'accoglienza è stata perfetta dal punto di vista organizzativo. Le persone che hanno eseguito check-in e check-out sono state molto cortesi e durante il soggiorno sempre disponibili per qualsiasi problema o dubbio.

Das schöne Haus liegt ruhig eingebettet in einem Olivenhain. Die Entfernung zum Meer und zur nächsten Stadt ist je 10 km entfernt. Das Haus hat eine Garten und eine Grillstelöe, alles ist eingezäunt und wir konnten die Kinder frei rumrennen lassen. Uns hat alles sehr gefallen u d wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Ook in de winter een leuk huisje voor ons gezin waar we zowel binnen als buiten goed hebben kunnen spelen met de kids.
De locatie is top; alle leuke dorpen en steden zijn binnen een uurtje rijden, echte aanrader!

Villa Vera es tal cual se muestra en las fotos y descripción de su aviso. Desde el primer momento de la reserva, durante la estadía y en la despedida la comunicación fue siempre fluida, cordial y precisa. A cargo de nuestra llegada y salida estuvo Federica, quien colaboró en todo lo que le consultamos muy cordialmente. La casa es muy cómoda para las 4 personas que éramos. Se encuentra en medio de campos de olivos y viñedos, un poco alejada de los centros urbanos (6 minutos en auto), por lo que es necesario contar con coche.
San Vito dei Normanni es un pueblo pequeño pero con todos los servicios necesarios, incluyendo excelentes supermercados. Detalle importante al estar en el campo: todas las ventanas tienen mosquiteros y las persianas son eléctricas, por lo que a la mañana no entra nada de luz, para un buen descanso. En síntesis, un lugar muy cómodo, de amplios ambientes, dormitorios y baños, que recomiendo si viajan por la zona. No saldrán defraudados…! Gracias Vacanze in Puglia…!
