You can find the 200 m2 Pool Villa in the vine yard in the nicest and sunniest and most exklusive part of the Island in Estreito da Calheta, 5 minutes from the sandy beach, the marina, supermarket and the restaurants. Relax in the tropical garden, on the huge lounge terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and connected to the open living room. All rooms are big and have fantastic sea views. A perfect house to make holidays with friends or family. You can walk to the small shops and bars around the corner. The view to the old vine yard below the house is spectacular. As well the sea views to the Atlantic Ocean. In Prazeres, the neighbor village you can easily reach over the mountains the rough and interesting northern part of the island.

The Villa 17° West is located in the sunny Western part in Estreito da Calheta, around 45 km from Funchal airport.

We will send all guests after the booking a complete photodocumention to find us quickly. You call our nice housekeeper when you start on Funchal airport with your rental car. The house keeper will wait for you in the house and will explain all details. You can contact him during your stay if you should have questions.

Tolle Villa, traumhafte Lage. Von der Terrasse mit schönem großzügigem Pool hatte man einen sehr schönen Blick auf Meer. Das Haus liegt ca 300 m überm Meeresspiegel und ist nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, die Anfahrt ist von Funchal etwas entfernt. Alles im Haus stimmte, sehr sauber, großzügige, vollständige Ausstattung, bis hin zu vielen Kleinigkeiten, die ein Haus lebenswert machen. Hilfe vor Ort war sehr umfassend, wenn nötig auch sehr schnell.

Alles war bestens, sehr hochwertige Ausstattung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist atemberaubend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit die Villa wieder buchen. Danke an Frau Merkel und Jorge, der uns bestens betreut und viele Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Gegend gegeben hat.

Liebe Gaeste vielen lieben Dank fuer die Bewertung. Madeira ist ja so vielseitig. Ich hoffe, Sie konnten noch viele Wanderungen und Touren machen. Die Lage 5 Minuten zur Marina mit den vielen schoenen Restaurants ist natürlich sehr angenehm .
