This beautiful holiday home is located on the edge of the small village of Campagnan, in a very quiet residential area. It is located between vineyards, garrigues and pine trees and built in the style of the traditional southern Bastides. It is perfect for a relaxing stay with family or friends.

The village is located in the valley of the Hérault, between Pézénas and Clermont-l'Hérault. The region is home to numerous wine cellars worth visiting. Restaurants can be found in Pézenas, Sète, Marseillan, Mèze and Bouzigues, among others. You can spend the days lazing in the sun at Marseillan Plage or take a nice walk along Lake Salagou. The highway at Paulhan (3 km) is easily accessible from here.

The house faces south and has a lovely terrace and a swimming pool. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the vineyards and surrounding countryside with a drink of your choice. The furniture and equipment are of high quality and the 4000 m² park with trees and flowers is completely enclosed (pleasant and safe for children). The house has a covered terrace and a shaded terrace with barbecue for cozy summer evenings and parking is available in the garden.

Ein sehr schöner Rückzugsort aus der Stadt, Das Haus war sauber und gut gepflegt, und der Pool war erfrischend, Wir haben auch die nahegelegenen Restaurants in Pézenas geliebt - köstliches Essen!

Die Villa ist gut gelegen, aber das Innere muss renoviert werden. Für diesen Preis erwartet man etwas mehr Komfort. Das Besteck war ein Mischmasch und veraltet. Der Kühlschrank in der Küche war abgenutzt und konnte nicht mehr gereinigt werden. Der Concierge war nicht freundlich und hatte Schwierigkeiten mit der Anzahl der Handtücher. Es gab kaum 1 großes Handtuch pro Person und nur 6 kleine Handtücher für 10 Personen. Als wir nach mehr Handtüchern fragten, war der Concierge schwierig. Der Gartentisch war zu klein und die Stühle waren unbequem und hatten keine Kissen. Es gab nur 1 Dusche, die anderen Badezimmer hatten eine Dusche in der Badewanne. Da es aber keine Duschkabine oder Duschvorhang gab, wurde das Bad ständig überflutet. Aber wenn Sie diese Unannehmlichkeiten nicht zu ernst nehmen, können Sie hier einen schönen Urlaub verbringen.

Die Villa ist gut gelegen, aber die Inneneinrichtung muss modernisiert werden. Für diesen Preis erwartet man etwas mehr Komfort. Das Besteck war ein Sammelsurium und veraltet. Der Kühlschrank in der Küche war abgenutzt und nicht zu reinigen. Der Concierge war unfreundlich und hatte Schwierigkeiten mit der Anzahl der Handtücher. Es gab kaum 1 großes Handtuch pro Person und nur 6 kleine Handtücher für 10 Personen. Als wir nach weiteren Handtüchern fragten, machte der Concierge viel Aufhebens darum. Der Gartentisch war zu klein und die Stühle waren unbequem und hatten keine Kissen. Es gab nur eine Dusche, die anderen Badezimmer hatten eine Dusche in der Badewanne. Da es jedoch keine Duschwand und keinen Duschvorhang gab, war das Badezimmer ständig überflutet. Wer diese Unannehmlichkeiten aber nicht zu ernst nimmt, kann hier einen schönen Urlaub verbringen.
