This classic and unique 4-bedroom villa has two floors, with the main entrance to the living room located on the first floor. This space of the villa is open and connected to a terrace with beautiful views of the mountains and the swimming pool. The living room is completely renovated, with parquet floors and comfortable sofas where you can read a good book, enjoy a local wine, or watch a TV program.
On the first floor, there is also a bright and airy open plan kitchen, with all the basics you might need, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, also electric kettle and coffee machine.
The ground floor is where all the bedrooms are located. There are three twin bedrooms and a family bathroom between them and a double bedroom with another bathroom next to it. They are all light coloured, spacious, comfortable and bright and have access to the garden that surrounds the whole property. Three of the bedrooms also have new parquet flooring.
All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night.
On the terrace there is a beautiful swimming pool with sunbeds where you can relax after a day at the beach. There is also a barbecue.
