Opis

Villa Vistra is a beautiful newly built villa, which has preserved its traditional charm and successfully combined it with modern furniture. It is located in the peaceful village of Kaštelir with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea.
Kaštelir is located at cca 12 kilometers from Poreč and Novigrad.
The capacity of the villa is for 6-8 people, with an area of approximately 163m2 and consists of a large kitchen, a dining room, a spacious living room and a bedroom with a double bed, Sat-TV, a private shower and toilet, and separate terraces overlooking the Istrian hills. Air conditioning, as well as the Wi-Fi service, is included in all the rooms.

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Das Haus bietet alles was dar Herz begehrt, die Lage ist sehr zentral in dem Ort Kastelier. Alle Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Besonders zu empfehlen das Traditionsrestaurant " Zardin". Die Villa und das Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und sauber, der Pool mit der Poolbar ein Highlight. Sehr netter und zuverlässiger Kontakt mit der Besitzerin Ivana die uns bei der Anreise sehr freundlich empfangen hat und
uns auch kleine Köstlichkeiten des Landes bereitgestellt halt. Vielen Dank Ivana, wir kommen sicher wieder
