Descrizione

The building encompasses the charming area which consists on a pedestrian layout around the Buen Pastor Cathedral and its gardens. The building has an elevator and the apartment has been fully renovated on April 2019.

The space has 3 bedrooms with two single beds each, 3 fully equipped bathrooms, two of them ensuite and a designer´s open concept kitchen. The kitchen comes with high end appliances and faces the spacious dining and living room area. The apartment also highlights for its super high ceilings. Lovely french balconies overlook Urbieta Street. It has heating for the winter months and air conditioning for summer. It also has free Wi-fi connection.

Great spot right in the heart of things. Easy to find and very comfortable. There is a trick to the door to the apartment, you have to pull when you turn the key sometimes.

PRO'S- the space is lovely and just like the photos- generally well equipped- very well located and easy to find- clean, appropriately stockedCON'S- our air conditioner sprang a leak the 1st night (of 3) and when we got up in the morning the couch (sitting directly underneath the A/C unit) was soaking wet and there was a huge flood on the floor- we attempted to dry the couch but it was so wet it never did get dry and all of the cushions were spread around the living room (leaving only 1 chair in the room)- more importantly, we weren't able to use the air conditioner for the rest of our stay and the A/C was the reason we chose this rental unit over others, since the weather was very hot during the visit- I spoke with the rental company and she was quite dismissive of the issue saying that it was "normal"- both the pillows and the towels were child-size and not on-par with the rest of the appointments of the unit

Very nice place in a very nice location. The apartment had everything we needed. We stayed in August and the apartment never felt hot. We did not notice that it was noisy either. Central location made it easy to walk to everything. Everything was as described, no complaints.

Un apto perfecto para una familia, con 3 dormitorios de buen tamaño y 3 baños muy bien decorado. La ubicaciòn es inmejorable, cerca de todo, tranquila, sobre la plaza y con vista a la catedral. Las habitaciones con muy buen tamaño y placard de guardado, la realidad supera las fotos de la publicacion. algunas camas requieren un cambio de colchon, porque se hunden un poco y seria bueno que pusieran una caja fuerte, tambien podrian equipar la cocina con algunos elementos que faltaban, cubiertos de ensalada, por ejemplo

Fantastic flat and location. The flat is on a noisy street and the windows are not enough soundproofed. Blinds are not blocked out with street light shining into flat - like daylight at night. No aircon in bedrooms - very hot and because of noisy street you cannot open the windows. Beds are a shocker - worst beds I have ever slept on. Cushions consist of a pillow case with just about nothing inside.Verdict - I cannot believe that a great flat can be so messed up with a few things that would cost very little to fix

Spacious accommodation in excellent location if you want the beach and old town within 5-10mins walk. Great service from office staff and excellent value. Cot in unit is damaged.

LLevamos tres años pasando los días de Navidad en el mismo apartamento y estamos muy satisfechos. Tan solo hay algo que opinamos los seis miembros de la familia y que es importante para poder descansar bien. Las almohadas son tan blandas que es como si no hubiera. Nos ponemos los cojines debajo para poder dormir pero es muy incómodo y no descansamos bien. Es fundamental contar con buenas almohadas. Dado el nivel del apartamento merece la pena invertir en ello. Por lo demás, muy bien.
