This apartment is the perfect place for a dream-like vacation. The residential complex offers a wonderful shared chlorine pool that sizes 10 x 5.5 metres and has a water depth that ranges from 0.5 to 2 metres. It's surrounded by a great lawn area where you can bask in the sun or play with your children. In addition, you find the beach just 340 metres away. So you can enjoy some wonderful days between the beach and the pool and every day come back to the private terrace of the apartment and relax with the views to the mountains and the sea at the end.
The pool is available all year round from 8 am to 11 pm. From this time, you'll be allowed ti use it without disturbing the neighbourhood.
Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice. Updated information will be available upon your arrival.
The fire place in the living cannot be used.
Pets are no allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Küchausstattung könnte etwas mehr sein, aber auch hier hätte es wahrscheinlich geholfen, einfach zu fragen.
Insgesamt eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in toller Lage mit schönem Strand für alle, die es nicht total überlaufen mögen aber auch nicht auf Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants verzichten möchten.
