The apartment is located on the second floor, and there's no lift in the building. Inside, the airy and cosy living-dining room allows to watch the TV after your meals all together. The kitchen offers a ceramic hob and all you need to cook. The laundry room features a washing machine. There are two bedrooms with twin beds , AC and a closet each. One of them also has an en-suite with a shower. And there's another bathroom with a bath for the rest of the house. A baby cot and a high-chair are available as well as a sofa bed in the living for the last guest. The accommodation is also equipped with gas central heating.

Your holiday will become a real wonder in this place. The residential offers a fantastic shared chlorine pool -that sizes 10 x 5.5 metres and with a water depth ranging from 0.5 to 2 metres- surrounded by a beautiful lawn area where you can sunbathe or play with the little ones. In addition, the beach is only a few metres away. So, after a long day at the beach and the pool, the private terrace of this apartment will be your haven where you can enjoy a glass of wine while admiring the mountains and the sea.

The pool is available all year round from 8 am to 11 pm. From this time, you'll be allowed ti use it without disturbing the neighbourhood.

The fire place in the living cannot be used.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
