The Espino apartment is located in a well-kept residential complex directly on the Atlantic. The location is interesting for people who want to relax but also want to experience something. The apartment has about 65 square meters and is on the first floor. The living space is divided into living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, two armchairs, a dining table, a chest of drawers and satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary devices and utensils such as a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven and refrigerator and thus offers all the options for individual catering. Bedclothes, towels, iron are available. Beach towels are to be brought along. The bedroom has a double bed with two single beds each measuring 80cm x 200cm. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine. The apartment has 2 terraces. One of them faces west and offers views of the Atlantic and the neighboring island of La Gomera. This terrace is equipped with an awning that provides shade on hot days. The second, smaller terrace faces east, so you can also enjoy the sun in the morning.
Just a few steps away is the community pool. The view of the sea from the pool terrace is fantastic.
Smoking is not allowed indoors.
