Affascianante apartment on two levels located on the second floor of a prestigious condominium with elevator. The property boasts a magnificent furnished terrace with canal view, shared and for non-exclusive use of guests. On the first level is the living area with sitting area, living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. On the upper level is the sleeping area consisting of a bedroom with twin beds and a second bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. A bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the layout.

Additional amenities for our guests include free wifi, a washing machine, iron, air conditioning, and heating.

* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival.
