Descrizione

The apartment is located on the seventh floor of a building with a large elevator. The apartment has a living room with a dining area and an open concept kitchen. There are two bedrooms in the apartment, the master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom comes with two single beds. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one of which is an ensuite for the master bedroom. Each bathroom feature wonderful showers. The apartment highlights its large terrace overlooking the city.

Greatly disappointed in this stay. Nice and modern apartment building and unit in good location. Misrepresented unit. The location was very noisy right next to a large elementary school. 8a-6p. AC only in one corner of the living room. No other cooling or fans. Very hot and not comfortable. Bedrooms looked out directly into other apartments so no privacy. Poor management company. Unfriendly and difficult to work with. The garage was difficult to access and the instructions were poor. Furnishings were uncomfortable and unacceptable.

Greatly disappointed in our stay. Nice location not far walk from everything and a great restaurant just across the street for breakfast and lunch and a bookstore/,restaurant also just a minute away. Modern apartment with a nice patio. But the negatives are far more than the positives. First, there',s a large school that',s right outside the bedroom windows that is extremely noisy from early morning till very late in the day. The bedrooms face out to other apartment buildings and the school so you have a choice of having the shades completely down with no ventilation or the shades up and everyone looking at you. All of the apartment furnishings were inadequate and uncomfortable. In addition it is misrepresented as having air conditioning. In reality there is only air conditioning in one corner of the living room as seen in the photo. No air conditioning that covers the rest of the living room and dinning area. No air conditioning in either of the bedrooms. And it was extremely hot and hard to ventilate the apartment. While the staff was pleasant at check in, our dealings with them subsequently were far less pleasant. Lastly it was very difficult to enter the garage with the instructions provided by the management company. We eventually figured it out and it was no problem, but it was very frustrating in the beginning.We were dissatisfied with both the apartment and with the management company.

Clean and modern apartment in a great location! The large balcony was lovely for enjoying meals outside. Rentals Collection was responsive when we had a small issue, which was quickly resolved.

Hermoso departamento y super equipado. Con un sistema de persianas black out herméticas que no había visto nunca. Realmente espectacular. Muy bien ubicado y en una zona muy tranquila.

Disappointing, unhelpfull and unpleasant staff behind renting. Equipped kitchen, comfy beds. The flat wasnt cleaned up to standard. in the main bedroom there was an incredible amount of dust which we had to hoover on arrival. When i report it, the staff didnt even write a line of apologies!!zero education!!The ppl who manage this flat are unpleasant, not helpfull at all. firstly they charged me a higher price for parking than it was published and they refused to refund me the difference. We are talking about 15€ refund but they prefer to have an upset client than encouraging you to return.. They have the typical spanish mentality, their business first, people last.. no customer oriented at all. Another example of their poor customer service is when i asked to have another high chair since i have twins of 20 m old. they replied crib and chair go in pack and so for an extra one ( which they confirmed to have) i should have paid 50€.. Nothing out of courtesy of course!! when we got the keys and parked we got stuck in the parking as the ",nice", stuff forgot to send us instrctions how to reach the flat with a special code for the lift.. we entered into many inconveniences which again, when reported, they didnt apologose but instead the y sent the instruction as they are...they didnt make up anything to us after all this...zero, not even apologise. this is just to tell you the level of the people behind. Ah, at arrival, ours was at 2230, there was not even a bottle of water in the kitchento conclude, it d very uncomfortable to eat at the table.. you sit on a stool which breaks your back after 10 min!!!Very disappointing overall, mainly for who is behind this
