Spend restful nights in one of the three bedrooms. The Master Bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and mirrored wardrobe has an en suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom also has external roller shutters. The large bedroom on the top floor has two beds, 1.40 m and 0.9 m wide.

The small bedroom is equipped with two single beds. A baby travel cot is available. Sufficient storage space for the holiday wardrobe is provided by wardrobes in each room.

Three daylight bathrooms are at your disposal. The most spacious bathroom with bathtub and a shower is located on the top floor and is accessible via the hallway. Another bath room is situated on the first floor en suite to the bedroom, the third one the ground floor.

The ample kitchen with cooking island and induction cooker, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer combination invites you to relaxed cooking evenings. Of course, a coffee maker, water and egg boiler as well as a toaster are also available. While dining in the adjoining spacious rustic dining area enjoy a glass of fine Moselle wine.

Spend relaxing hours in the living room with a large satellite TV, Blue-Ray DVD player and a small stereo system. A selection of films, books and board games is also waiting for you. The router for the W-Lan access is centrally located in the living room.

For the little ones, there is a well-equipped play area on the ground floor. Older children will find a table football in the recreation room, which is reached via the atrium.

The Mosel-Refugium holiday home stands out due to its excellent location in the city of Zell. In the spacious house will spend relaxing hours even if the weather should not always be perfect. The non-smoking house is suitable for families as well as groups of up to six people.

The house is located in a quiet street at the end of the pedestrian zone in Zell, only a few steps away from the Moselle. In a short distance the vineyards rise with the famous sign of the "Zeller Schwarze Katz". Due to its unique location, it is an optimal starting point for walks, hiking and cycling tours as well as strolling through the pedestrian zone. Freshly baked breakfast rolls and croissants are available at the bakery just a few metres away.

On 140 m² of the newly renovated townhouse, we offer you a comfortable place to stay for a recreative holiday. In addition to three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a rustic dining area, you will find recreational facilities, a washing machine and dryer as well as a bicycle storage room. Infant equipment is also available if needed.
